Neil has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 30 years working the majority of time at the elite level of Premiership Football. Over this time he has witnessed the development of sports science at an applied level and its influence on current practise. Key performance indicators - strength, speed and power are vital to reach potential. Over time Neil’s physiotherapy and rehabilitation practise has embraced these facets to optimise return to play following injury and improve outcomes during training without getting injured.

ONE-TO-ONE COACHING

Previously Neil has been a member of the UKSCA (UK Strength and Conditioning Association) using their methods to develop strength and power. His experience has involved working with full international players to young academy talents at the start of their journey. Based from an initial football screening process, assessing flexibility, strength, balance and power. A specific programme can be built relating to needs.
